Refund Policy
1. Donations

As a non-profit organization, Project Aura generally considers all donations to be non-refundable. Your contributions directly fund seizure-safety equipment and community training.

Errors: If you made a duplicate donation or an error in the amount, please contact us within 15 days to request a correction.

Cancellations: If you have set up a recurring monthly donation, you may cancel it at any time through your donor portal or by emailing us.

2. Event Tickets & Training Fees

For paid training sessions or ticketed fundraising events:

Full Refunds: Available if requested at least 7 days before the event date.

Partial Refunds: A 50% refund is available for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

No-Shows: Fees for training sessions are non-refundable if you fail to attend without prior notice.
3. Charitable Equipment & Gifted Items

Because Project Aura provides equipment as a charitable gift to those in need, these items have no cash value and are not eligible for monetary refunds.

Defective Items: If gifted safety equipment is found to be defective or non-functional upon receipt, Project Aura will provide a replacement of the same or equivalent item at no cost.

Timeframe: Please notify us of any equipment issues within 30 days of delivery so we can coordinate the exchange.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges for apparel (such as Project Aura t-shirts) within 14 days, provided the items are unworn and in original condition.
